How Dark is The Sky

The Julian Dark Sky Network, I am a board member, held a Star Party for over 250 people from all over San Diego County, Julian, California, is a International Dark Sky Community advocating the use of proper lighting to no lighting at all. It has paid off and people are excited about it. These events held several time a year, encourage people to adhere to the dark sky philosophy and come enjoy looking at the stars. The Milky Way was visible to the naked eye from here last night.
