Bathed in Sunset Oranges and Reds

Last night brought a series of thunderstorms to southwest Montana. Much of the rain evaporated and did not reach the ground, called Virga. But, what followed was an amazing vibrant vertical rainbow or rainbow patch. The sunset was reflected in the Tobacco Root Mountains to the east, and the Highland Mountains to the west. The clouds were bathed in a bright orange that turned to a deep red. It sent me scrambling for my camera.
