Applegate Trail

A section of the old Applegate Trail that crosses Oregon which was used by pioneers to access the Willamette Valley. In 1859 it was used by the US Army to relocate Native Americans from Medford to the Grande Ronde reservation. (AKA The Oregon Trail of Tears).
