Albany NY experienced a record-breaking start to May 2025 in terms of rainfall. The first nine days of the month was the wettest start to May on record. But it turned out to be the perfect, beautiful, sunny day for the Mother's Day Tulip Fest, which featured thousands of tulips of different kinds and colors.
