The elusive snow roller is my favorite natural phenomenon to hunt for in spring and I don't always find them. They only form when conditions are perfect—soft, slightly wet snow and wind or a slope to get them rolling. This one is perfection with its sharp edges and visible layers. Roll on Spring!
