March 14th Lunar Eclipse

Single exposure (0.5 sec @ISO 1600). Friday was a workday, so I couldn't stay up all not to enjoy the whole eclipse. I put my 80 mm refractor and DSLR on a tripod and set my alarm for 2:30 AM. Got up, moved the setup to my driveway and snapped a few shots. What a beautiful sight with just my eyes. The color was very apparent (compared to May 15, 2022 Lunar Eclipse). It was a beautiful night, perfectly clear. Wish I could have stayed up the whole night. I was back in the house not long after taking this photo.

Canon T6i (Ha Modified), Explore Scientific ED80 Triplet Refractor, Fixed Tripod (no tracking), & Intervalometer (used as a remote shutter release).
