Looking down through the Lake Ice on a Frozen Lake. Frozen lakes are usually covered in a thick blanket of snow, so we don't see clear Lake ice with the frozen bubbles and ice crystals underneath. This was taken after the surface temperature had warmed up and melted the snow cover exposing the thick lake ice.
