Fogbow formed as moisture from previous day's monsoon rain formed a low level evaporation fog layer as the morning sun heated the ground. The phenomena is short-lived, occurring in the brief period prior to dissipation. (Image from 2022 but submitted in response to EarthSky post on 2/24/2025)
