Ice Bell(e)s

After a very cold night at our house (elevation 9000 ft/2700 m) we woke up to beautiful ice crystals that had formed on almost every surface. Super tiny crystals in a vast array of shapes, glowing like see-through gold in the first rays of the rising sun. My favorite of the icy formations featured the incredible “Ice Bells” pictured in the attached macro photo, definitely the “Belles” of the Ice Ball…
