After the rains there was a bit of clear sky between moving clouds and I saw this bald eagle perched on the topmost branch of a spruce tree surveying his surroundings. He stayed awhile moving his head this way and that as eagles usually do. Onlookers and photographers commented on how beautiful he looks.
