the central sector (3976) of the NE sunspots group possesses a delta component, and yet the probability for X flares maintains in the 1% figure. After almost 6 months it seems clearer that the peak of this cycle effectively took place in july/august last year, the SILSO curve of sunspots number has not recovered since then.
