Mars at opposition captured on 15th Jan 2025 from Chennai (India). The polar ice caps are clearly visible in this image. The dark albedo features are prominent and distinguishable from the reddish surface. The hazy white patch in the center is actually water-ice cloud. I suspect (not 100% sure though) those are clouds covers above the tallest mountain in the solar system - Olympus Mons.
