Northern Sunspot Dominance! AR3959 Boasts 2 Cores

The dominance of the southern hemisphere of the Sun in terms of sunspot activity appears to be over, at least for now. The north is boasting not only the biggest sunspots but also the greatest number. Activity is starting to pick up and some interesting regions are in development.
