Another day at the office; watching and waiting, watching and waiting...

This red-tailed hawk is a regular in my backyard, watching to see if it can catch one of the many sparrows or doves that eat the bird seed and cracked corn that I put out for them. When this guy shows up, not only do the sparrows and doves disappear, but so do the squirrels.
