This is a privately-operated observatory in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, which houses a 10-inch (250-millimeter) catadioptric telescope used for an astrotourism program. The observatory is located on the island's southwest coast in a semi-arid climate, at a site that also enjoys some of darkest skies anywhere in Puerto Rico.
