The Hunter Is Rising

Atop a small hill I watched Orion The Hunter rising slowly. I took photos between gusts of wind. A dark cloud coming from the left had covered Saiph, his lower feet. But there he is with his club and his shield. His lower shoulder Betelgeuse burning red in the sky. Jupiter shines bright over him, and higher still the Seven Sisters (the Pleiades).
