Super Moon and a Boeing 777!

Tonight's full moon was the last Super Moon moon of 2024 which was the fourth super moon this year. I was able to capture a Thai Airways Boeing 777-3DZ(ER) passing in front of the full moon at 35k altitude just overhead at midnight over Allama Iqbal International airport, Lahore (OPLA).

The right engine of the 777 can be seen just next to Tycho crater which is 85 kms in diameter, 4 kms deep and was formed by an impact of massive asteroid about 108 million years ago.

Transit shot ISO 1600, 1/800 sec exposure which was blended onto stacked moon shot after alignment
75 images of ISO 200, 1/6 sec exposure stacked in pipp, registax and processed in PS 2023.
