Juvenile Hawk

From my deck, I watched as a Juvenile Red-tailed Hawk landed on a tree. I grabbed my camera just as it flew to another limb. The pale colored eyes, and the lack of red in the tail, just the barring, are a couple of identifying factors of the juvenile hawk.
