I am very please to have captured this Comet with it's long tail out in the desert during nautical twilight. I shot it in front of cholla cactus to show how rugged and desolate at a place while something amazing is happening in the universe. It was peaceful and surreal at the same time.
Canon R6, EF 70-200mm f.28 L IS III USM. Manfrotto tripod.
Lightroom Classic 13 and Photoshop 2024. Composite image. 10 sec on 2023-A3 at ISO 100, 3 minutes on Cholla Cactus under 66.2% waxing Gibbous moonlight.
