Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS and Meteor on San Francisco Bay

Venus on the left, a bunch of airplanes, Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS and meteor! My husband and I went for a casual evening stroll at Shoreline Park which extends out into San Francisco Bay. We came across a group of about 20 people looking for the comet at sunset and joined them. We were all taking photos with our cell phones when this meteor struck through the tail. I happened to be the lucky one who pressed the button at the right time!
