Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-Atlas) 45 minutes after sunset from our rooftop in Quezon City. It is indeed a naked eye comet even from the center of the City.
Once you see it, you will never look for it again. The tail looks like a cloud from heavily light polluted city centers.
