Captured this on October 10 during the Aurora event as a result of CME hit Earth. What an amazing night. This shot is looking East. The red was just incredible (some hint of green towards the horizon). There was a SAR (Stable Auroral Red) Arc across the sky from East to Southwest. Not sure if this was the eastern end of the SAR or a separate form of Aurora (not a scientist). To my eye looks like the SAR with "normal" aurora behind it. Clear skies!
