Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS C/2023-A3
On 09/28/2024 06:15 am by Abhijit Patil| Lick Observatory, Mt. Hamilton, CA, USA
After looking at all the photos about the new comet from the Southern Hemisphere and a lot of missing out, finally the comet started making its appearance in the Northern Hemisphere during twilight, looking East. Shot taken from Lick Observatory in California, USA. The comet will make its closest Earth approach in early October and will be visible in the West evening sky. This is another once in a lifetime comet with an orbital period of 80000 years.
