The Black Oystercatcher caught what looks like a shellfish. Black Oystercatchers like to forage in rocky shorelines and tidepools, rarely in grassy areas. They have an unmistakable loud highpitched twitter. They have a long bright red orange bill, yellow eyes ringed with red, pink feet, and dark brown feathers almost black.
