What is this light?

I took this picture about 40 minutes before sunset, the sun was actually on the right of this cloud. There were alot of cirrus clouds in the sky and it was quite humid, but this flare caught my eye. I remember reading about rainbow clouds vs. circumhorizon arcs and couldn't figure out what this was!
