These intricate solar prominences on the southwest limb of the Sun yesterday afternoon looked so beautiful that I just had to set up my solar imaging rig to capture this image of them.
Lunt 40mm solar telescope, GSO 2.5x Barlow, ZWO ASI290MM camera, Celestron SLT mount.
Best 200 of 2000 frames SER video stacked with Autostakkert, additional post-processing with IMPPG and Photoshop.
