Roosting Vultures

I was very surprised when several Turkey & Black Vultures began roosting in the trees by my yard. The Turkey Vulture is common in our area, but the Black Vulture is not seeing too often here. We were informed by a neighbor that a deer carcass was discovered on his property not far from us. That explained their presence. It was a little eerie to see, from my deck, close to a dozen of them spending the night.
