ACS3 to the East of Cassiopeia seen from Urla Iskele, Izmir, Türkiye

After several attempts, this is my first photographic detection of ACS3, to the East of Cassiopeia clearly visible in the upper right, made possible by the recent deployment of its large sail and thanks to frame planning with Stellarium. The satellite visual brightness rose very quickly and also decreased rapidly after these images, perhaps confirming the spacecraft uncontrolled motion observed by others while the attitude control system (ACS) remains offline.

Canon 500D on fixed tripod, no tracking, , F=18 mm, F-number=3.5 , 2 s exposure, ISO 12,800, burst of 5 images.

No calibration was applied to the individual frames. The challenge was the very large sky gradient due to city streets. Siril was used to eliminate that as much as possible, the frames were exported from CR2 to JPG grayscale and added in DeepSkyStacker without alignment. Photoshop curves were used to enhance contrast before and after the stacking process. Astrometry.net struggled more than usual to resolve the image but succeeded.
