Waving good bye to the Milky Way for a season.

Smoke from the western states had blown into Utah Wednesday morning and arrived in the southern part of the state later that evening. I had to make the most of my astrophotography session despite the smoke. September is , in my opinion, the last new moon phase for capturing the Milky Way as it descends to the southern hemisphere for 5-6 months.
