Double Cluster in Perseus

Open star clusters NGC 884 and NGC 869 shown in this image, together, are referred to as the Double Cluster. Located in the constellation Perseus, these beautiful open star clusters are visible to the unaided eye. Both open star clusters are relatively young at 14 million years and are about 7500 light years from Earth.

53 4-minute lights plus calibration frames were stacked with DeepSkyStacker. Siril, Photoshop and MS Photo were used for post-processing.
