Moon, Mercury and Twilight!
On 09/01/2024 04:38 am by Adeel Shafiq| Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
The sky last night was immensely clear and the stars were so vividly sparkling, almost every star of all the constellations were visible. Thanks to the recent spell of heavy rainfall across the entire country which washed away the dust and haze of our urban atmospheres. Mercury was in conjunction with this morning's 4.2% illuminated waning crescent and was even visible to the naked eye. I was able to capture them both during nautical twilight with beautiful shades of blue, orange, red and yellow due to the clarity of the atmosphere.
