Milky Way at the beginning of Labor Day weekend

Using my 8mm fisheye lens I took two groups of exposures, 30 in one group, 10 in the second, moving the camera after the first group to widen the final result further. Each exposure was for thirty seconds so twenty minutes total. I also took five darks to calibrate the frames. I then processed both groups separately using Sequator and GIMP, then stitched the two groups together using Image Composite Editor.

Nikon D7000 DSLR, 8mm fisheye lens, f/3.5, ISO 6400. Forty exposures, each thirty seconds long. Tripod, remote shutter release, and a folding chair.
