Surprise Weasel Sighting

I was very surprised when I spotted a Short-tailed Weasel, which I had never seen before, in my yard. I ran to get my camera and captured it as it was cooling off in one of the dishes of water that I put out for the birds. Weasels are the smallest members of the Carnivores, with very sharp teeth & claws. Normally they are hard to see, and photographing them is a challenge. So I feel fortunate.
