Fogbow passing under

the sun was out with a thin layer of fog passing underneath the Golden Gate Bridge as I was walking across. I looked over the edge and saw a strange white arc on top of the fog which was later identified as a fogbow with the help of a local meteorologist. It might be my first fogbow at lest knowingly. Guess you don't always need to look up to find them. There were 2 other things of note in the photo. The ship passing underneath was a bonus. The netting is a new addition to the bridge to prevent suicides from jumping over the edge to the rocks and water below. With that said, there is wayward baseball cap caught in the netting. Not trying to be grim. It is usually quite windy out there.
