Almost a Super Blue Moon (from the night before it)

It is a Super Blue Moon today, but where I live it is forecast to be 100% cloud so I took the chance to get this photo last night.

I like the rose gold colour of this one, the benefit of getting the photo when the Moon is rising and close to the horizon.

The photo was from when the Moon was just a few degrees above the horizon, so there was a lot of atmospheric distortion affecting it, plus there was high humidity as the shot was taken across the sea just after Sunset. This meant the image needed a bit of cleaning up.

Using Cyberlink PhotoDirector I adjusted sharpness, noise reduction and clarity.

No other changes made.
