Jupiter and Mars in close proximity yet so far in reality the planets were at
41 degrees in elevation where the atmosphere was quite transparent
making this image possible I decided to see what results could be achieved using a full frame camera and a 100 mm lens all in all I was pleased with the results I believe some of the Galilean moons are visible but with faint stars visible also I wasn't sure of their location,Jupiter is over exposed but but with a single image it was to be expected
