Moonlit Sisters!

A super close conjunction of the Crescent Moon & Seven Sisters (Pleaides).

Tonight the waning crescent was in the Taurus constellation and we had almost an occultation of the Pleaides star cluster but waning crescent just missed it and was in a super close conjunction with the Seven Sisters.

The weather was tricky as there were clouds near the eastern horizon and I had my fingers crossed to image this beautiful celestial conjunction. But the moving clouds turned out to be helpful for imaging and created beautiful bands of lights just like brush strokes on a canvas by reflecting the moonlight adding to the beauty of the frame.
