Lunar Halo and Moon Ray

On July 22, 2024, at 3:28 AM, I embarked on a thrilling adventure to capture the Moon's beauty through a timelapse. As dawn broke, I began recording, and the universe unfolded its splendor before my lens. The timelapse commenced with a stunning Lunar Halo, a rare and ethereal ring of light encircling the Moon. The delicate, icy crystals in the atmosphere danced around the lunar disk, casting an otherworldly glow. As the sequence progressed, the sky transformed, and the Moon's gentle beams gave way to a vibrant, colorful Moon Ray. This fleeting spectacle, a lunar limb rainbow, marked the perfect finale to my timelapse. The resulting footage is a testament to the awe-inspiring beauty of our celestial companion and the magic that unfolds when Earth's atmosphere meets lunar light.
So I am submitting these 2 photos so you will see the start and end of my time lapse.
