waning terminator

The shrinking Moon shows some notable craters close to the terminator: at 8 o'clock Endymion with lava flooded floor, at 9 o'clock the Crisium basin with the most complete rim of the nearside basins and, following the terminator upwards, four big craters being the most conspicuous Langrenus and Petavius, the first with a flat floor and the second with a domed floor.
