Refreshing Waterfalls

Having to deal with the third heat wave of this year, I find it refreshing to observe the local, historic Cohoes Falls. It is the second largest waterfall in New York State, & one of the largest east of the Rockies. On this day the flow is low due to the diversion for power generation. In the summer, the falls are almost dry, revealing shale rock formation.
