Space Firefly

I was out in my backyard yesterday getting ready for a night of astrophotography with my telescope, when I happened to turn to my western horizon and saw this impressive "comet-like" trail of the launch from Vandenberg AFB of the Firefly Alpha rocket several hundred miles away. Thanks to Flagstaff's well-deserved reputation as a dark sky city, the view was truly spectacular.
