Mammatus?

Taken outside of Glen Rose, near the community of Paluxy. I live up on a hill, and this was the second night of back to back storm clouds that formed and went right over me, and went on to hit in other areas. I believe the clouds are Mammatus, but will leave that determination to more knowledgeable minds. This is the 4th or 5th time such clouds have passed over me (documented) in the last few years; with damaging storms occurring later in neighboring areas.
