When you see Scorpius then you know that the Milky Way is to it's left.
I waited for the Milky Way to rise more, then tried many shots. Just as I pushed the shutter to get this one, a large vehicle passed by lighting up the hills green. The green color of the sky is ascribed to air glow sometimes observed in this area.
