On Wednesday 15th May, the half-illuminated First Quarter Moon was recorded transiting high in the evening sky at 5.39 pm. The Lunar X and Lunar V features are clearly visible on the terminator in the still image. More about these at https://earthsky.org/astronomy-essentials/what-is-lunar-x/
