Aurora with mud cracks
On 05/10/2024 00:00 am by Abhijit Patil| Death Valley National Park, California, USA
The holy grail of astrophotography was fulfilled for me yesterday with the KP9 G5 storm hitting Earth. I had been on a photo trip to Death Valley since a week and this was a cherry on top culmination for the trip. This photo was taken in the Mesquite Sand Dunes in Death Valley National Park. I am still mesmerized and amazed with the Auroral display. The red and green streaks are still dancing in front of my eyes.
