So another exciting night for me, night 2 with my new AM5 & ASIair Plus. I was able to setup in less time and got 12, 5 minute exposures before it started getting light (that's 4:15am this time of the year). There are so many things to learn about the new mount and ASIair. I must commend ZWO on trying to keep is simple. Not all of us want to understand the technical details. I have had 2 successful sessions basically using the default settings. Snow in the forecast where I live. Looks like it will be days before I get a chance to experiment more with the new rig. I look forward to the day when I have more magnification. Still it is astounding what you can see with almost standard photographic gear.
