During the day, I photographed the sun. I captured several large solar flares/prominences on the outer edge along with mega-sunspots and filaments on the surface. During the night, I photographed the full pink moon at high magnification to create a detailed image. Here are the two companions, closer than we ever want to them to be, on a given Monday.
Sun: Coronado PST 40mm Solar Scope paired with ZWO ASI294MM Pro, no filter
Moon: Celestron EdgeHD 9.25" with TeleVue PowerMate 2.5x magnification paired w ith ZWO ASI294MM Pro, RGB filters
Mount: ZWO AM5
