The image was captured on 4 February 2024 near Monreal del Campo, Spain, in the company of my photographer friend @estebandomenech_ and the local @emiliogy, whom we met that same day.
This photograph was longed for and, until that date, could not be taken due to the unfavourable weather conditions during the last new moons. However, the long awaited day arrived. It was a perfect, clear night, with no wind, ideal for capturing this impressive panoramic view of the mill under the winter Milky Way.
Also visible in the image are the constellation Orion, Sirius, the Pleiades, Jupiter and the Andromeda galaxy - quite a sight!
