The last day of 2023, even though it was a cold gray day, I was hoping to capture my last Bald Eagle shots of the year. This was the first of five eagles I photographed. As soon as I spotted it, and jumped out of my car, it leaped off of the tree. I was lucky to get the shot! Happy New Year to everyone at Earth Sky!!
