OxBow Bend on the Snake River in the Grand Teton National Park is an iconic shot and it was chosen for this shot of the Geminid meteor shower since the radiant center was to pass over the Teton Range. Unlike a typical autumn sunrise, this night, at 3 AM, there was nobody to be seen. Eight hundred and thirty three images were consecutively taken with each a 10 sec exposure. The base landscape was a 1 min exposure and images with a meteor were combined in Photoshop to produce the final image. Hoarfrost was a problem as the temperature dipped to -7 F (-22C) and the low level ice fog can be scene as a blue haze in the image. Mt Moran is on the right, the Grand Teton to the left and Signal Mountain is the dominant land feature. The frozen water of Oxbow Bend is the white area.

Images that contained a meteorite were combined in Photoshop to a base landscape image. Final post processing was done in Lightroom Classic.
